What does the gastronomic literature have to say? There are several gastronomic magazines and are adressed to different targets. Some of them are for professionals, for gourmets, other ones emphasized in wines and others in food.
Some of “my” selection of gastronomic magazines, including Elle à Table, La Cuccina Italiana and Saveurs, full of seasonal recipes with spectacular pictures. They are highly recommended.
I must also suggest Gault et Millau, a magazine related to the guide with a same name and where wines are highlighted. And last but not least, Gourmand, that as a first approach is easier, and every receipt is well detailed and described.
