The restaurant El Celler de Can Roca has been chosen as the best in the world.
It is extremely difficult and has the utmost merit to be classified as the best in the world. The Roca brothers are the three musketeers of good eating, though as everyone knows, there were in fact four musketeers. In this case, the fourth Roca is the mother, whose traditional cuisine laid the foundations of the gastronomic building that her three sons have created. From fricandó to “shrimp on the grill, suc de cap with seaweed, sea water, pa de pessic of plankton: congratulations!!
